Cancellation Policy

Fees and Reimbursement

The individual or organization subscribing to Quadamic’s services agrees to pay all fees associated with the Training, as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon terms within the relevant Service Contract. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Training bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or entities.

Subscriber Non-Compliance

If Quadamic is unable to deliver the Training due to the Subscriber’s failure to comply with any term of the Service Contract, the Subscriber remains fully responsible for the total amount specified in the contract.

Cancellation Due to Scheduling Conflicts

If both parties are unable to agree on a new schedule for Training, the Subscriber may cancel the arrangement by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to Quadamic. In such cases, the Subscriber will only be responsible for a pro-rated portion of the fees ("Proportional Fees")—calculated from the start date of the Service Contract up to the effective date of cancellation.

Quadamic's Right to Cancel

Quadamic reserves the right to cancel or discontinue Training at any time if, in good faith and reasonable judgment, continuing the service could result in legal or other significant risks. In such an event, the Subscriber will only be liable for the Proportional Fees incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Transfer Restrictions

The Subscriber may not resell, transfer, trade, exchange, barter, or broker any portion of the Training included in the Service Contract to third parties.
